Gavin’s background is in the building industry. For many years Gavin imported and distributed major world brands throughout Australia and New Zealand to the major trade groups, manufacturers, and DIY market. Eventually the big guys took over and Gavin found himself retired relatively young. As a keen cyclist and runner, Gavin enjoys the physicality and challenges it offers. A passion for the sea, Gavin has circumnavigated the world in his family yacht as well as raced offshore in many races with success. From visiting countries with cultural differences, religious beliefs, economic outlooks, political stances, wealth to poverty set a humble reality and balance to look outside and observe with humanity.

Abby and Rohan thrive on challenges, so when they met Gavin while sailing, they eagerly seized the opportunity to expand Revolution Group in New Zealand and Australia.

Abby's diverse background includes coordinating Te Hono education programs at Stanford University and serving as Strategic Projects Manager at the NZ Merino Company, where she worked alongside CEO John Brakenridge to drive their vision forward. She began her career as a receptionist at NZ Merino before advancing to the role of accountant. Known for her relentless energy and "can-do" attitude, Abby is often described as someone who gets things done. She cherishes time with her family and has an insatiable thirst for adventure.

Rohan, a true project enthusiast, relishes the challenge of turning the seemingly impossible into reality. He has successfully run his own architectural roofing company and is a passionate sailor. In 2017, with little sailing experience, he and Abby purchased a sailboat in Spain and navigated their way back to New Zealand, gaining invaluable knowledge along the way.

Both Abby and Rohan are down-to-earth individuals who are committed to working hard and achieving the extraordinary.
